This is a wine with roots. Malbec from a vineyard that can be traced back to the original French root-stocks first planted in Mendoza by Governor Tiburcio Benegas in 1868, Plantings from this very vineyard were grafted and transported back to France during the grape phylloxera crisis at the end of the 19th century. Production from some of the oldest Malbec wines in the world; this is a brand new release that has just hit U.S. shores.
