They think I'm stupid. That's what their problems are. Don't they realize that I just don't want to listen to them? That I want to drive them insane with absolute frustration, so that they'll get rid of me once and for all, and I can be sent to live out in the wild like all dogs are meant to??
No. Of course they don't. Just because they walk and two feet they think they have superior amounts of brain power to me. They are so wrong! If they did, you'd think they'd realize that I poop on their new rugs on purpose, and that I chew up their awful tasting – and looking, if I may add – furniture just to make them wish they had never taken me in. I was on the streets for a reason here; that's where I belong!
Out on the streets I could do whatever I wanted! I could dig through the trash, I could roll in mud, and I could howl at the moon whenever I darn well pleased! Now, they have this stinkin' collar on me. They think that whenever I bark they can just talk into the wireless radio controller that they have and it will shut me up. I mean, it does shut me up but only because it's so annoying. If I had a choice, I'd be howling all night long while I scoured around for food and fought off the mangy pups that lived on the streets with me.
I would love to escape, but again, thanks to this collar that option has been deemed quite impossible. Now, if I get caught by any human, they can simply reach to my collar and actually call my owners. It's horrible. There is no escape from this caged life of misery.
I'll find a way though, I must. If not, they will take away my dogginess for good. And then...I will be a wild Shih Tzu no longer! I will become that dreaded show case pup that makes vomit want to creep up and out my nose. Hey! I haven't tried that yet. Maybe I'll nose barf in his new pair of Italian leather shoes. They're BOUND to hate me then.
