Illegal Content or Conduct
As a condition for using Live Matrix, you agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose. In other words, you may not:
violate any local, state, national, or international law or post any content that would encourage or provide instructions for civil or criminal offenses;
abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users;
post or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or the right of any third party;
use our services to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited advertising, promotional information, or other solicitations such as unwanted (“Spam”) e-mails;
post or share private information of third parties without first getting approval or consent;
engage in any predatory or stalking activities; or
solicit personal identification from other users, including those under 18.
Improper Content or Conduct
While some things may not be strictly illegal, they are still inappropriate for Live Matrix. We can’t think of everything that may be improper, so please use your common sense! Here are some examples of the things you should not do when using Live Matrix:
misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
transfer your account or profile;
register more than one account or use or attempt to use someone else’s account without authorization;
create a false identity using our services; or
As a User of Live Matrix' free service, you agree not to include any third party advertising for anything in the event listings you create. Self promotion and promotion of your own business is permitted.
Use of Third Party Content
People work hard to create original content and other protected copyrighted material. We allow you to post and share original content that you created, but expect you to respect copyrighted content (e.g. movies, books, music video, etc.) and other property owned by third parties. So, when you use Live Matrix, you may not:
upload or share, without authorization, any content other than original works made by you; or
post or share any content that infringes or violate the trademarks, copyright, or other intellectual property owned by any third party under domestic or foreign law.
Violations of the Live Matrix Community Bylaws
If you violate any of the community bylaws or terms and conditions of our site, we may take any of the following actions, depending on the circumstances and whether or not we ate a good breakfast:
Ask you to suspend the activity that caused the violation and issue a warning.
Suspend your account.
Permanently remove your account and all of the content therein.
